As we continue to grow, we’re looking for experienced actors, coaches, educators, and industry professionals who are passionate about guiding others and contributing to a high-performance training environment.

Our approach to training extends beyond performance alone. Actors are asked to show up with consistency, awareness, and physical readiness — and that requires support systems.

Specialized contractors within The Actor’s Kit help provide:

  • Practical tools for maintaining physical and mental health

  • Training that complements an actor’s routine and schedule

  • Clear, applicable guidance that integrates into a working actor’s life

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome a range of backgrounds, including:

  • Working actors

  • Acting coaches and teachers

  • Directors and filmmakers

  • Industry professionals (casting, production, etc.)

  • Movement, voice, and performance specialists

If your experience supports an actor’s craft, process, or career, there may be a place for you here.

What It Means to Be a TAK Trainer

As part of The Actor’s Kit, you’ll contribute to a structured training system designed to support actors at every stage. This may include:

  • Leading 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Contributing to guides or course material

  • Supporting workshops or group training

  • Offering specialized insight in your area of expertise

We prioritize clarity, consistency, and real-world application in everything we build.

Specialized Contractors & Performance Support

The Actor’s Kit also collaborates with professionals whose work supports the physical and mental demands of an actor’s career.

We welcome applications from:

  • Nutritionists and performance-focused dietitians

  • Martial artists and movement specialists

  • Strength and conditioning coaches

  • Voice, breath, and speech specialists

  • Wellness and recovery practitioners

These roles may contribute through workshops, resources, or specialized training sessions designed to support the actor beyond the script.
